Bill, Looking at it that way, I guess you may have a valid point. So, all I can say now is "I dunno." Maybe an explanation will be forthcoming. Since this seems to be a "new" requirement, perhaps it came about after prior pitching to E-Trade clients. Sounds like maybe a policy change to me and, indeed, something "new" as you say. Bill
