Yes, they are practically identical, my mistake. It was the first time I read the statement in full. It still say 4.5M shares in the title.

Gemini made out pretty good. $750K for the placement plus 175K shares of warrants with a strike of about $5 and current price of about $7 gives them over a $1M in compensation for finding $15M in financing.
