There may be a not-so-subtle distinction here. I was really referring to Concentric's Core BackBone offerings. Now that I think of it, it was probably to large corporations and smaller ISPs who they were offering QoS to (if anyone). I really have to check it out at this point, lest I leave a trail of misinformation here.

In your situation, however, you're referring to DSLCon, and how Concentric would support their DSL offerings... which I suspect is a different set of parameters altogether, from what you've stated. Do you think that could be? I appreciate the reporting on the conference, by the way. It's always good to hear firsthand accounts.
