I was offered 4 years ago to participate in the IPO of Winfield Capital. I read the prospectus, and couldn't believe how overpriced the deal was for a little SBA lender. I passed. I remember how disgusted I was that they even showed me the deal. A.S. Goldmen and that group were really one to avoid. However, as it turns out you never know. My best guess is this thing will crash and burn before we see the end of it. It figures a New Jersey kid would be hyping it. Hey-Dan, by any chance do you know what happened to Jimmy Hoffa?
