Consult with an attorney... also contact the writer and have a retraction, this is not something you want to happen again in the future. Do you see all of the Sh#t Joe is taking? If these guys (WCAP) get halted for whatever reason you can bet on it you'll take the blame! Look at IKAR the stock ran up back in Nov. when we first reported that IKAR was the target of shorts and a lawsuit could be pending...ok today nearly 6 months later some paid shill comes on here to tell me my company is halted! I probably made 4 mentions of Ikar the entire time that i've been on SI...
