I know the US doesn't like cartels and DeBeers has problems in the US. The point you brought up suggested to me that they wouldn't probably be able to obtain a US listing since Monopros is a significant partner in the venture.

I don't really care if the SEC was to get upset with me. I use NASDAQ OTC (are you saying it should be NASDAQ BB?) to signify that it is not and would not be on the main NASDAQ listing. Your hear me SEC, sue me!!!
