I have to agree with you. I do know however, that just about everybody there speaks Russian. I spent a few months there, just north of Kahzakstan in the Siberian capital of Krasnoyarsk, and another northern city Norilsk. It was quite interesting being there. Confusion for outsiders is a daily occurrence. They do things differently in that part of the world. They do have vast natural resources that have just opened up to the world which is one of the reasons I invested in Leah, believing that they had the right connections to take full advantage of the present situation in Russia. Lets just wait and see how all this plays out.....maybe even have a beer or two !!!
