Spark,

Who's short? I'm not. Just giving my opinion about the company and European prospects. I like the prospects, but it won't happen over night nor will it be an easy market to break into. In time, that will change and the sooner the better.

Don't want to go off-topic here but why is it that anyone who even questions a certain aspect of the company's business plan called a short? Are people on this board that averse to hearing something other than they would like to hear? The last time I checked I thought this board was a place for discussion of pros and cons about stocks and companies. I see the attitude is very different out here and am still trying to figure out why. The more I look at the situation out here the more convinced I am that "Kris" may have had a good reason to become pissed at all you people and no wonder you continue to rant on about the guy. There seems to be a refusal on the part of many to open their minds? Am I wrong?

Denise is right. This board seems have become devoid of any meaningful discussion whatsoever.

Only a fool would attemp to short Bid.com at this period.
As a technical trader this chart is not a "sell" chart. This consolidation is strong and controlled, also it has formed a textbook pennant formation. A break under 6.00 to 5.85 is a trap to feed the longs.
I know several top traders who have been buying this stock just on the chart indications alone. They have no idea of the fundamentals or business plans of Bid.Com.
Just for fun, measure the lenghth of the channel on a daily bar chart. Now take that distance and turn it up from a support line at 6.00.This is where Bid.com may go.
Thats it for me today.....shorters should really be on another stock today...I know several Chinese internet stocks that are tanking as I speak.
