As I have always said, I suspect the "conspiracy" that exists is confined(was? after happenings in Eurpoe overnight?) to those willing to some in some governments, a fist full in some giant brokerage houses & banks, possibly some of the very old wealth of Europe, and maybe a couple of top mining companies & hedge funds.
