<<... My only intent was to share the information with other thread members who may have been unaware of that fact that he runs his own PR firm.
Regards,..>> Any thread member that doesn't read the whole PRs and or NRs which all and I think all but maybe most lastely atleast do have the fact stated at the bottom of the release...one phone for Joe N himself and one for PRP associates and it even has Pat's addresses and company name. Seems that Proper Due Dilly is a resonsponsibility of the general concept; beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
I thank you for the help, I even noticed another BB company that he works for but I will not post it for reasons of Due Dilly, it is a seperate and distinct entity that is in the comodity retailing industry and has nothing to do with this entity at JNNE and it is upfront and stated that it is undergoing corporate restructuring. So, there is no need to talk about the low points with Pat working of a few Tech Up and Commers with this one you found and this JNNE that we support here, now. The fact that I found another one and that makes three...maybe he will have a staff in the future to run PR on all these three and maybe there are more? So, success follows those that get referrals I seem to have learned in any business. I see no correlation with that as Proper Due Dilly. I am in for the TECH, not the Pat.

Kevin,

Just two points!

First, I sensed that you approached your posting #4362 in a manner that you were trying to defend something! As I recall you posted something about if anyone doubts your words--thus it caught my attention!

Second, I posted what I had to say but then on the last sentence of my recent posting to you I acknowledged your efforts and sharing with the thread!

At best the non-reporting OTC-BB Arena is a revolving dart board--in my opinion!

I know of many OTC-BB companies that do not have any Investor Relations Representation whether compensated or not!

I have seen examples where the right mix of company dynamics and the right match of Investor Relations Representation can do wonders to get the word out regarding the company!

Plus I imagine the more factual and buttoned down the information the easier it is to make an Investor Relations firm look effecient!

I have also seen where some Investor Relations Firms actually stipulate the type of compensation they receive--in many cases shares to represent them for a certain period of time!

Well I guess that was more then two points!

My intent was not to cause you undo stress or put you on the hot seat--I realize that you are a serious and intense contributor to this thread and I appreciate your efforts!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
