Sword, EFAX had $4 MM in cash as of last quarter. The company is losing money, and losses will accelerate after they launch efax.com. As far as its soaring equity, that may not hold. It can go back to single digits ($6 a little more than a week ago) just as fast.

Regards,

Tom

But Sword, The question isn't whether EFAX is good or not... the question is whether EFAX is 21 5/8 good.

It seems that the recent runup was due to momentum and not sudden appreciation of financials... so it would seem that a short is in order for the near future. I have a hard time believing that anybody buying North of 12 is a long term EFAX investor... but then again, if Auric knows something... I'm all ears--- Not Howie

Regarding EFAX, HELP!!

I'm trying to understand. . . I'm looking at financial data pulled from stocksite.com If I'm interpreting this correctly, They only have 420k in cash, and a negative 4.97% in profit margin. (Not to mention undisclosed and/or non-existant cash flow) Doesn't this mean their loosing money!? Thanks for the insight.

Regards,

FM
