Motivator, Not very motivating! There are no statutes that address posting negative information about companies or individuals on the Internet or via any other medium so long as the information is believed to be factual. Anonymity offers little protection from a digital audit trail, so why people even bother is another issue. There is probable cause to believe that what Renq has posted, whoever he may be is accurate.
