>>>Can anyone post a link to write the SEC? <<<

The URL below will get you what you want .

SEC Division of Enforcement Complaint Center
sec.gov

" Why Should I Submit a Complaint to the Division of Enforcement?
Possible violations of the federal securities laws come to light through the Division's own inquiries, through referrals from other divisions of the SEC, from outside sources such as the self- regulatory organizations, or by other means, including review of complaints and inquiries from people like you. In fact, inquiries and complaints from the general public are the primary sources of leads for detecting law violations in securities transactions.
If you believe that you have been defrauded by a broker-dealer, an investment adviser or any other person or entity (in which a security is involved), we want to know about it, especially if it relates to the Internet. When appropriate, the SEC can seek "disgorgement" as a remedy in certain situations, as, for example, when a scam artist has defrauded investors in a securities-related scheme. An order for disgorgement would mandate that the swindler attempt to return all or part of the money taken from victims. "

Why pick on Herb? If you go back to his articles in the Chronicle from '97 and '98 and his early TSC articles, he's been right about IOM almost without exception. Remember, he's a reporter, not an analyst. He's just reporting what he hears from certain sources. If he was hearing bullish comments on IOM from a second source, I'm sure he would report them. Even though I'm an IOM shareholder and would love to see this thing move up, we can't vilify credible columnists for simply relaying what's out there.

>>I think all of us should report Herb to the SEC.<<

And I think all of the Iomaniacs like you should be reported to the SEC for pushing this garbage stock and company in order to pump up the stock price beyond its justified price-- which is $1.42 per share. The lies and pump-n-dump arguments projected on this board are shameful and a disgarce the investment community.

But luckily, yours and other Iomaniac's efforts have been largely unsuccessful in raising IOM's stock price, with only the occasional Hype-Event (Comdex, 4th Q, etc. ) blip up to $10 interrupting a steady march downward.

But rest assured, IOM is once again resuming its trend downward after last week's golden opportunity to Sell in the $5's. The smart Long money is already out of this stock.

There is nothing to prevent IOM from sinking into the $3's in the short term, and well below that level on into the Fall.

Good Luck with your SEC reporting. I'm sure they could use a good laugh at your expense.
