Well, here we go. Buyouts, dreams/nightmares whatever. Why would a company that is supposed to have such a great solutions package sell out? give up in the year that is supposed to define them for their future? Because they cannot produce any results that would make this company go forward. Insiders must realize that they are not going to make any money this year on the Y2K issue and are willing to sell out for what they can get now. If they have any product, clients or future they would not be selling this year. They would make their windfall and then sell at a much higher price. A sellout now indicates, to me, that they came, saw and got their butts kicked.
