No telling what it will do to the markets; it would seem to me that it won't hurt the US markets and may help the European markets (we'll know later). From other articles linked from the pagelink I posted, it seems that the EU has been under fire for some time. Similar to the UN, it has been fraught with charges of nepotism, lucrative speaking contracts and financial shenanigans on their expense accounts. (Has anyone bothered to read George Washington's expense account? He took no salary as Commander in Chief, only expenses. And, boy did he pad the expense account!)

The interesting question is who has been giving the lucrative spending contracts, some of Q's European competitors?
