I am told that a lot of people who got the shares as a "spin off" of Cincinati Bell, rather then buying them off the market, are dumping them, simply to buy back CSN.

Apparently they are unfamiliar with the stock and don't care to learn. Eventually those folks will be done with the selling and I'd guess it will stabilize :)
