K. All you say is true...But

The price of oil prior to the November meet was higher than the levels we have here (NYMEX) and spot prices are lagging here. Even with full compliance I don't believe OPEC can ramp down production by April 1...In my opinion it will take several months to get to the agreed to cutbacks during which time price of oil may have some gyrating to do. The lack of price stability and OPEC credibility are the "wall of worry" that needs to be overcome while the cauldron of fundamentals continues to distill...My opinion and $0.89 will still get you a gallon of gas in Winston-Salem

K. Press Spin

If I am correct and It does take OPEC time to make the adjustments what kind of spin do you think Bloomberg, WSJ,CNBC and the right on target astrologers at Merrill & Solomon Smith to boost investor confidence will be...I can see the headline now on April 30. OPEC CHEATS AS WORLD DROWNS IN OIL on second thought I would rather Maria break break the news live...Don't get me wrong. I believe, I'm long,
I'm patient...Drilling for oil and investing in oil takes place in harsh environments, gotta be able to take the heat and the cold.
