Again, another example of wasting effort disproving a baseless charge. Almost impossible to short this stock as it has not been marginable at most brokerages. Even if insiders were to do this, they would have to be in cahoots with the market makers and the SEC would have been down their throats by now. Totally absurd.

Let's get some real info on the company and not worry about the scraps of falsehoods.

Jason, I'm going on memory, but due to the roar here am looking for the article and filings. One problem I'm having is many of the links have expired at places like Yahoo. I've found this, however, it isn't what I was referring to exactly...

It is possible I've confused things...BUT I remain convinced that some in management sold shares and loaned the money back to the company at one time.

In re: to shorting lets not dwell on that until (if) I come up with some link for support on that...I do admit I could be wrong.

It does amaze me that my point...the gist of what I was saying about the insider trading with XYBR went right past so many.

Now don't let anyone get too bent out of shape just yet. <gg>
