It's not the technology that can't be duplicated. It's getting the phone numbers. EFAX/JetFax has been doing fax and fax imaging for 10 years. It's still overvalued here, but I don't think it's a scam, just got caught by the MO's and day-traders.

anthony,
no.it is not something that cannot be duplicated.
in fact, it is fairly simple and a company like
msft may already have a similar product.xerox already has an all in one product.it is only hype and this could act like ktel or
gern.we will know tomorrow.with only 6 million shares in the float
it may still run up a little more.bwdik.

Anthony, There is absolutely nothing special about this technology. Its just finding another company with the balls to lay out all the cash with no immediate (and possibly future) returns. I think the one thing that they have going for them is the user base that they are growing. Some might liken this to HotMail and Juno which I thought were stupid at first. That insider trading thing isn't too cool though, how soon after the filing can the sell?

Hi Anthony,
Im not sure how far along you are with the private site setup but the ecircles site claims privacy, ease of interaction between members, free set up etc. May be worth a look.
