Amazon. com to increase the paper to 1.5 billion shares(reals). What a joke. They want to prevent a hostile takeover. Unbelievable in the right state of mind want to do a hostile takeover of potential Billion dollar loser. Here is the link.. bloomberg.com

hi hitesh, i'm not sure about the ASND shareholder meeting. i've been successfully trading asnd and currently have no position. i've moved my long-term focus to Globalstar (GSTRF) -- higher risk, hopefully higher return. seems like a bargain to me at $17. good luck to all ASNDers.
