>>>You can yell fire in a crowded theatre, only if you are on the stage. It's called acting. You can not yell fire from the audience.<<<

Are you, therefore, telling us that you were "on the stage." Being "on the stage" IMO, means that you were a part of the "play."

Up 'till now, I was willing to give you the "benefit of the doubt." Now, it seems you are willing to openly admit that you were a part of the action..."It's called acting."

Whatever.....

Again....Riley, Good Luck.

Rolling right along, we have Riley now telling shareholders (see his message to Kenny)
that he was just a shareholder who believed that the company had value and that it was
their own fault if they joined the cartel because they thought there was a squeeze. Judge
for yourself.

" 6.I started the OVIS shareholder cartel about 3 days after buying the stock
after I found that the suspected extra shares in the market were in fact massive
(estimated 2 plus million shares). This being over 100% of the float, and with the
cheap stock price, I knew I could call upon some big guns and we started buying
large blocks of stock.
I also contacted every known shareholder by sending them
private email.
These shareholders joined in the shareholder cartel also, and
within a week I had found some 1million shares of the 1.6 million public float. I
was placing the word to all investors about the OVIS story
and it snowballed into a
very big operation. Within two weeks I had a total of 2.1 million plus shares
found. This was from old and new investors. "

Placing the word to all investors I presume refers to his sitting in AOL chat
rooms at night extolling the virtues of OVIS and the squeeze.

" Monday we need tons of buying at the open as they will try to hammer down
lower at the open. We all need to get new investors in OVIS and have them buy
it and order their CERT's then, not later, as this places more pressure on them."

"And I have put 15 hours a day at this for the last week to get us all through this
ordeal in one piece and a lot richer. And I am in the business to make money. In
this deal I should make between 2.5 to 4 million with my shares alone, some others
more, and some less, but I can not do it without you and you without me, and we
have done so far what others said was impossible. I believe this one will go down
in the record books, and may even change the way MM work stocks. We are a
team and we all need to be on the same page.

That page is.
1. Buy stock at any price, not limit orders. BUY at the MARKET at these levels.
As you will not get filled any other way.
2. Don't sell until the marks are reached over at least the $25 range.
3. Don't fall for the MM tricks mentioned earlier
4. We are for every shareholder of OVIS in or out of the cartel."

"At 10:50 PM 8/20/97 -0400, you wrote:
>Also, do you have good advisors to help you make decisions who have
>had the kind of experience in these situations that you have?
>Thanks in advance for all of your effort.

We have several people that have been in short squeezes in the past. I have
been in my share but never from the ground floor (founder), nor the potential
size of this one."

I disagree.

No evidence was presented here on SI by the nays. They said to call here and call there, well folks that ain't evidence. The only thing presented here was second hand (Hearsay) information of what the nays claimed. These nays appear to have been told by others that the evidence existed and may have even seen it first hand, but the hard core printed evidence was held by persons in CA. and FL. and I only received in 4 weeks ago.

As far as the AUTHORITIES reviewing this thread. Who do you think gave them three 3.5 disks of zipped messages from here?

Lolololol. Sounds like the 500 (or now 600 or 700 or 800) pages of rubbish Gary Dobry's supposedly given the "AZNT Legal Team" and the Feds.

I've had the doubtful pleasure of receiving copies of emails he's sent to the SEC, and emails you've sent to the SEC. God help us. I don't for a moment doubt they get routed to the Nutcase File posthaste.

The pair of you make a Great Big Deal of your "connections" with these people. If you've really got 'em, why is it all your messages get sent to generic addresses like senforce? I mean let's face it: you want to be listened to, you need to have contacts.

lololol wink and everything.
