Gord from some reading that I did last night I believe that WSP became operator before the merger. The date of the JV Agreement was given as February 5 1993, and Afriore was a party to it. Afriore was subsequently nought out by Antler, who then merged with WSP.

Interesting to read some of that early history, and it just confirms my respect for the abilities of present management in arriving where they are.
