You might like the post I did over at Short or Long of it.
It reads

Rule #1 regards shorting - Never get caught short after a breakout!

What is a breakout? When a stock closes on short covering and clears its all time high closing 5% above the old high and also at the high of the day. That breakout is likely to be gap next day on the up side.

SNMM just broke out and will gap today. Now the only question is how far to the next correction? I do not know, I am just glad to be on the right side.

Did you pick up on the fact that of the 4 that sell gaming software SNMM was the last to start and now has 21 sold which is the highest?
