****off topic; more home video***** Hi Asterisk, caught a DVD demo in an audio/video store. Eye-popping color and ear-splitting sound, potentially fatal for two of the five senses (and I ain't sure how many of those I got left!). Sensory deprivation notwithstanding, I agree with you 100%: DVD is a massive leap forward. Only one of the critters I have is in my Micron Millenia Mean Motor-Scooter Machine which ain't hooked up to my TV, but it does a helluva job playing Segovia while I wrestle with bill paying. Surfette and moi are kind of in limbo just now as in: may be moving the family digs so I'm holding off on any new toys-for-boys type purchases, but will be raring to go if, as, and when new casa is procured [then remaining net worth permitting].
