Here is my input and I agree with Semigold, we are all getting ripped off! Especially by that no good Richard Hill of NVLS, now try to tell me he doesn't have motives! All IPEC shareholders are a bunch of SAPS............. by: semigold 943 of 943for letting SFAM management and Richard Hill get your stock so cheap. .71 is a joke! Why don't we just agree to .50 and make the future float even more attractive. You guys have to be kidding me! Not a one of you seems the slightest bit concerned that your getting ripped off by SFAM! They should be paying at least one for one for our shares! Have any of you even considered for one moment that IPEC is the leader in copper CMP which is the leading enabling technology next to photo- lithography. These guys should be paying a premium for IPEC's technology and if you don't believe me than re-read the merger package and start reading between the lines! Going forward they project IPEC to be contributing over 60% of the revenue on an annual basis and why do you think that is..........copper! By the way, SFAM is light years behind IPEC with the copper developement, and they are in no position to catch up anytime soon. Richard Hill of NVLS (who is on SFAM's board) is the primary influence because he wants to get both companies cheap, and you can read about that in the merger package also, but you have to read between the lines. SFAM management is making no effort to improve their stock price and their management is just trying to take advantage of the IPEC shareholders because it is a downturn! They think we are just a bunch of passive shareholders. You guys are probably not even going to vote. This thing is really starting to get pathetic!
