All we can do now is wait...

Say, what's the scoop again on any partnership agreements, licensing agreements for Pennsaid? When I talked to the company some time ago, they stated that they were going to distribute it themselves. Is this still true?

I'm still not too crazy about the company going it alone and setting it up it's own distribution network. After all this means shipping/receiving facilities, sales reps, etc. I would prefer licensing the product to a company with an established network.

Your thoughts?

Jeff

Tom,

Well ... I got a rather nice reply to my letter from the NDP health critic - Judy Wasylycia-Leis. She acknowledged the process is far too slow and indicated she plans to initiate a public inquiry into HPB ... I seriously doubt that our issue is the only one that will be part of that inquiry - but it is nice to know that it will be reviewed.

Apparently several other firms have indicated the approval process is far too slow. I wonder if they are all junior biotechs, or if they include the seniors too .... hmmm somehow I feel a little cynical.

In any event, lets hope we get some news soon.
