Microcap & Penny Stocks : DCH Technologies (DCH) -- Ignore unavailable to you. Want to Upgrade?

Steve: You complain that I want "company secrets and financial data that is unavailable to the public", quoting my post critiquing your puff piece report on DCHT:

"Unless the report is willing to talk about the company's competitive position, finances, and other areas I mentioned, it is hard for any except the most naïve to take seriously."

You evidently haven't seen too many, but all NASDAQ, NYSE, ASE and many OTC BB companies file a form once a year called a 10-K. All 10-K's are required to have a section in which the company discusses its competitive position - who it competes with (identified by name, or in general terms) and the basis of the competition - price, quality, service, etc. 10-K's also have audited financials. So if DCHT has any hopes of being something other than a marginal BB company, it will have to come up with these things - no legitimate company consider this information to be a deep, dark secret.

As far as your report on the company goes, sins of omission are considered by the SEC to be as bad as sins of commission. If you know, as you have posted, that DCHT is so short of funds that it cannot pay its many employees salaries in cash, and must give them shares of its stock instead, then that absolutely belongs in the report, either directly or in a roundabout way pointing out that the company is likely to need additional funds to achieve its objectives. Omitting a highly significant piece of negative information is considered every bit as fraudulent as if you made positive statements about the company that you knew to be false.

So far, you seem more interested in having a promotional piece than one that, by pointing out some risks and challenges as well as the positives, would appeal to people with brains and experience. Perhaps that isn't your target audience.

For all your fuming at me, you followed my previous advice and ended your Dr. Harvey/Sir Alexx scam, reducing your legal risk. Follow this advice, and you will eventually have a second reason to thank me.
