Bill, Looking at the decline in POG this late am, I am reflecting on our Irish belief system. Boy are we pig headed about some things, especially gold! But what really matters is that we are right... Though must truthfully admit, a little nervous. bob

Bill; You have been saying the same thing for a long time -- the gold bears are still in charge, but they will soon lose control. Undoubtedly gold will break out someday, but who knows when? And while gold and gold stocks go nowhere other investments soar. I think the basic lesson here is -- NEVER BUCK THE ESTABLISHMENT ON MATTERS FINANCIAL IN A FUNDAMENTAL WAY.. The odds against you are too great. Like betting on a single number at roulette. If you win you win big, but the odds of success are small.
