I found the press release. This does mention Series B but the numbers don't add up. According to the S-1 the preferred stock was sold at a much higher price. I could not find anything about splitting/reverse-splitting of the Series B stock.

The relevant part (from the press release)

Winfield Capital has purchased 1,178,304 shares of Series B
redeemable convertible preferred stock of Juno at purchase price of
$1.4246843 per share which are convertible (currently on a one for one
basis) into shares of common stock of Juno. Winfield Capital's
investment was part of a private placement in which Juno raised gross
proceeds of $65.0 million. The securities held by Winfield Capital
will be subject to restrictions on transferability.

Regards.
