RE: PWCC VALUATION:

This excerpt is from an article from marketwatch on February 25th. At the time the article was printed PWCC was trading around $18.

What it means for Point West

As for Point West, the company's market cap has increased from $11.4 million to $55.7 million since FlashNet filed for its IPO late last year. Assuming that the difference is entirely due to the company's 1.2 million share stake in FlashNet, investors are expecting FlashNet shares to be worth about $36.91 after the IPO.

Don't you think Flashnet will be worth alot more than that when begins trading. Does this mean if FLASHNET is over $70 that PWCC is valued @ $30++? Go to marketwatch for the full story.
