This is why landing that license with another company in Japan last year was so important. The License would have allowed Racom to continue operations for another year if they hold expenses down.

Ramtron, has appeared to have all but shut down. This at a time when analysts say semis are coming back strong.

Actually, prostrating yourself for funding that could kill the company is best to stay away from. Perhaps Art et al. will be able to come up with something more favorable. Racom has had some good partners in the past, like BULL.

If they can get some of their technology already developed into other companies, this would help get the ball rolling again. The 10K will be out soon, this will give a better ideal how they are controlling costs, and maybe something on sales.

Dear ShamukE

Could you please state the source of your information, whether heresay, verbal (authoritative), published, or as an industry insider. Please don't view this request as antagonising, but since nothing at the company's web page has changed from the publication of their strategy talk on 15 Dec, I am very interested to know what is going onbehind the scenes.

In his strategy talk, Art Rancis referred to funding of $350 000 from Ramtron, which seemed to be a foregone conclusion, that would allow them the opportunity to "incubate" a relaunch of the company's business aims.

I don't own shares in this one, but think the technology is great, and cannot imagine that there is no sponsors out there for a relaunch in a direction that is much more sensible (as he explained in his talk)

Thank you

Paul
