Your two statements are incompatible, aren't they? If K7 breaks the company, downside is a lot lower than $16.

What I was trying to say is- the stock can go down no more than $16 below where it is now. The upside is potentially much larger.

Indeed, short of selling out (Jerry looks like the proverbial captain who would rather ride down with a sinking ship), breaking it up into pieces later to satisfy debt; the number may be zero.
