VTEL appears to be under some limited institutional accumulation
here. The following link provides daily insitutional interest in
stocks. Enter VTEL in the ticker box and press Go.

I've watched the opening over three days. There has been 100,000
share interest logged before each opening. This could be why the
stock is holding above $3/share at this level.

Also, I seem to recall that VTEL mentioned in the webcast that they
were negotiating a licensing deal with RealNetworks. News on such a
deal could shoot this one up in a hurry. These guys have made a
masterful stroke in acquiring the Vosiac product with exclusive
license from the Univ of Illinois. The right marketing muscle here
could cause this one to skyrocket like RealNetworks.

They are now in a position to provide multi-platform, non-application
dependent, conferencing and webcasting capability. The right deals
and news would power this stock to the stratosphere (just look at
RealNetworks). We are currently selling below Book Value.

Comparatively RealNetworks VTEL
- Price/Sales 55.5 0.96
- Price/Book 61.41 0.42

I hope they make the right Market Moves to push Vosiac into the
Internet space BIG TIME! Then they too can acheive at least some of
the RealNetworks market valuation premiums.
