A GORE REPORT: ** WLGS ** Book Value of $1 and on sale for 23 Cents.

A respected firm called Holt Media Group recently valued the assets of World Wide
Wireless at $39 million or over $1.00 per share on current assets... and $6.25 per share
on future assets.

Is this stock really a bargain? And what is it about?

World Wide Wireless is involved in 3 primary areas:

(1) Purchased a profitable very well established phone co. in Puerto Rico with $500K
revenue per month ($6 MILLION per year)

(2) Is the ONLY national system provider with an FCC approved high speed license
(this license alone is valued at $25 million if I understood correctly). Very high speed
Wireless Internet is the big push (1.5 mb/sec) with 11 different US locations planned
and available
to use anytime (and 29 more licenses being approved or under application
consideration). With their recent ramped up expansion in Europe, a target date of July
1st in Germany, and Poland, Czechoslovakia by year end is planned. The beta test site
has been operating in Northern CA for many months.

(3) THE BIGGEE (more speculative but even more exciting): they have a "patent
pending" technology using a chip that allows portable phones to act as repeaters or
relays. Actually 4 of 12 submissions have already been approved bythe patent office.

This chip technology is potentially huge in countries where infrastructure costs would be
staggering. No cell site is needed as the cell phone itself with this proprietary chip acts to
extend coverage 10-20 miles. So if there are phones at least that close to one another
they will extend coverage throughout an entire country with no major infrastructure.

BUT LET's THINK BIGGER:: How about if they can convince a Compaq or
Dell to put their proprietary chip in each one of their computers ir Intel on a logic
board?

SO........WHAT IS THIS COMPANY WORTH? Read below: I am trying to get
hold of this report and do some DD on Holt Media. I have only found that Holt has an
under construction website and is a 35-40 yr old company, apparently well respected,
that work primarily in the TV/radio/ communication industry.

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 11, 1998--The Holt Media
Group (HMG) has issued its market valuation update on the assets of
World Wide Wireless Communications, Inc. (OTC BB:WLGS) and has
appraised those assets at $39,000,000 current value and $250,000,000
future value.
HMG's appraisal is set out in a 59-page document in which the
company and the industry are carefully analyzed and reviewed.

O/S: 37 mil
Float: 16 mil
Restricted shares of 20 mil for recent purchase of the Puerto Rican phone company that
adds $6 mil per year in revenue.

Jeffrey, Interesting Commentary about WCAP from Briefing.com...

WINFIELD CAPITAL CORP (WCAP) 18 1/2 +6 13/16. Shares of White Plains, NY-based closed-end investment company have raced to an all-time high today, as traders position themselves in the stock in anticipation of the company's next big initial public offering. WCAP first came across Briefing.com's radar screen in July when the stock soared ahead of the initial public offering of online computer products retailer Cyberian Outpost (COOL), a company in which Winfield Capital held a 1.7 million share stake. While the quality of WCAP's deals have not been nearly as attractive fundamentally as those brought to market by Internet venture fund CMGI Inc (CMGI), one cannot argue with the results. After pricing at $18, Cyberian Outpost shares have reached a high of $45.50. Shares of publication subscription management company Rowecom Inc. ROWE) came public last week at $16 per share. The stock has reached a high of $39, an increase of 144% from the IPO price. The attached table lists some of the Winfield Capital companies scheduled to hit the market over the coming months. Of the deals, Winfield's largest stake is in Juno Online Services (1.18 mln shares).

1) Stock Description Filing Date Lead Underwriter Offering Amount
Juno Online Services (JWEB) Internet access provider March 5 Salomon Smith Barney $86 million

2) WorldGate Communications (WGAT) cable-based Internet access provider February 9 Gerard Klauer Mattison $64 million

3) Mpath Interactive (MPTH) interactive game site February 16 BancBoston Robertson Stephens $46 million
