I think you should go and listen again. And I see what out you are using here; he said it like any company does when they say they believe their patents are defensible, not as some opinion...but as a firm position they take. And I came away with the impression they'd defend it in the legal sense. Note the time into the CC and I'll listen to whatever you suggest. He was very clear and forthright in his statement and answers...I don't see how it could be seen as mistake.
