Zeus, re your 3831, that is easy. They are outsourcing with the model A07 with Bulova Technologies in Lancaster, PA. With the model 111R CK, that is being built by UMM Technologies, in Indiannapolis, IN.(what is the correct spelling of that town anyway, LOL?) Now, to your question of why should the stock go up without meaningful news? I think you are correct. Does this help? Now, what some enterprising investor(s) should do is call up those two firms and see if they will say anything at all about MRPS. My guess is that they won't. Vic
