My eagerness to see what the new company has to say is clouded by my trepidation of what the company is going to say. Hoping for the best. We have suffered too long.

I am looking forward to the details. EUTO-IVY said that they will settle all accounts. They owe preferred shareholders $.24/share ($.08 due in 1/98, 7/98, and 1/99). With over 300,000 preferred shares, IVY needs to write a $72,000 check for distribution immediately or they have no credibility. It is up to them to determine if they are legitimate or a scam. Shareholders filled out all the forms already. They should get the checks within a week or IVY is a scam. Lurker (Sticking to the facts.)
