We cannot be sure. As shareholder though we can try to put forth a resolution to that effect when the time comes. If the shareholder get to vote on it, I feel confident that the shares will be spun off. On a business basis I think the case can be made that it is inefficient for a successful division to fund an unsuccessful one.
