Daniel,

For once we agree. I don't think the current
situation in Washington will help craft a
decent foreign policy toward China. However,
the idea that we should sit back and let these
nations steal our technology is absurd. I never
expected Bill Clinton to craft a decent foreign
policy, given his Woodstock reality bites. But
at the same time, you have to wonder how weak
these toltarian dictatorships view Clinton in
the light of all his problems. Certainly, S.
Mislovic of Serbia/Yugoslavia is not afraid of
Clinton. He called Bubba's bluff in the Balkans
and Bill stuck his tail between his legs. I
read in the paper this am that Serbia is beefing
up its forces in Kosovo with 10 new T-72 tanks
(top of the line for Serbia) and has destroyed
10 villages yesterday. It looks like its "ethnic
cleansing" as usual.

No biggie for me, I think the "KLA" is just a
bunch of losers. I hope they all end up in a
mass grave somewhere...
