**********OT******* I just took a look at insider buying on PLDI. Out of approx 20 trades in the past year (on the open market) approx 19 were buys. Just got in myself @ 3 5/8. I called my broker @ P.W. he was trying to buy VIP himself and it kept moving forward. Remember folks, springtime in Russia is always a positive sign, plus IMF meeting there. The people in Russia need to communicate, and both PLDI and VIP may benefit here. Ron
