They register web domain addresses and are under govt contract. As of now its a monopoly thought the govt never thought this to be a lucrative business and is now waking up and providing competition.

Stock yesterday broke a high at 260ish and is headed to 350 area, as per the TA. It splits in a week or 10 days (don't know exact date).
