it looks like the nay-sayers have bailed out, and those that were going to sell have sold. i expect within the next week or two, ULTR will file its SEC extension (relating to its annual report). then we'll need to wait a couple of weeks, until Telebrands gives the "GO", which should change everything for this stock. (i hope the company decides to pre-announce a 1Q99 loss at the same time, so we can get the bad news behind us all at once, and then start looking at '99.)

look for 2Q99 to be profitable, with K-Mart sales, the AAA product, and then all those royalties from Telebrands. I haven't asked when ULTR will start realizing royalties, but maybe they'll tell us in the 10-K or press release. (of course $0.30 a share in one quarter would really boost the stock, but i'd almost rather see the royalties spread over a couple quarters.)
