when i said they would take out the company, i meant in the sense they would buy the competition. afterwards they would end the business, not keep it going. no way would they or could then lower the cost to compete with the price idtc is charging, it would kill revenue and profits. so they kill the company that is hurting them before it becomes to large. idtc is puny now, but how revenue has been growing, especially internationally, someone will eventually notice. sorry for the miscomunication on my part, but having spent time in new jersey growing up, english is a second language;-)
