I definitely agree.. Enterprise software companies have been depressed ..To me a perfect time to reeneter.. j

Improved business processes and tight operational control yielded
significant improvements:

-- Of the significant license transactions, the company closed 20
deals over $200,000, with 6 of those over $1 million. Indus
continues to be the leading EAM (Enterprise Asset Management)
software vendor in the Utilities sector, and delivered
significant wins in process manufacturing, including Oil and Gas,
Pulp and Paper, and Metals and Mining. Impressive North American
client wins included First Energy Corp., Wisconsin Public Service
Resources, Bonneville Power Administration and PREPA. New
customer wins outside of North America included Koa Oil Company
Ltd., Albras and Polish Power Grid Company.
-- Record collections contributed to a reduction in Days Sales
Outstanding to 109 days, a continued steady improvement from 123
days in the third quarter and 138 days in the second quarter.
-- Continuing the quality process for its product delivery, the
company achieved ISO9001, ISO9002 and TickIT certification.
-- Solid early market acceptance of Indus Business Intelligence (BI)
Solutions -- the Indus Knowledge Warehouse -- resulted in four
new contracts and implementations at customer beta sites. BI
customers included Idaho Power and Boston Edison.
-- New software releases for PassPort and EMPAC are on track. Indus
Solution Series -- PassPort 7.0 will provide comprehensive
Java-based browser support and strong international
functionality. Indus Solution Series -- EMPAC 8.0 will provide
the market's only fully integrated Asset Optimization capability,
EURO support, extended corporate materials management and Curator
3.0, Indus' Electronic Document Management and Workflow system.
