Re: Canada. A recent article in the O&GJ said that, due to shut-ins and cutbacks Canada has lost nearly a over half a million bbls production. The US has lost over a half a million also, and will be taking 100,000 a day off the market for the SPR. I don't think there is anyone in a position to flood the market right now. Most of the UK production is the result of e & p from last year, which is now coming online, at not very profitable prices. Some say they are at or below production costs.
