I here you. That's exactly the feeling I get. The tidal wave sirens in Hawaii, depending on where you are; and they blow one in Delhi, I know not why, but I assumed it was Nuclear War. You know, it's hard to tell from the response of a bunch of Hindus.

(They probably just go about their business. And what's there to do in Delhi anyway? You're already running around like crazy in a panic. Why did they bother with the siren?)

("Okay, everybody can stop now.")

It's quite stimulating.

And we should be so lucky.

I was looking at the damn plant when it gave the 15 minute warning. Let's see, 20 minutes back to the car, might as well keep fishing.

Sorry about your bronchitis, I used to get that a lot. E-mycin isn't the fastest cure but it does seem to completely cure it.

Snow? You have snow? It was sunny and 55 here all weekend.

Hi, guys -- I grew up living about six miles from the very first commercial nuke in the world, Beaver Valley No. 1 in Shippingport, PA. Built to impress DDE and get him to support DLR in her attempt to coopt the whole energy sector way back in the 50s. Well, now a whole buncha people back in the valley are dying of very weird cancers and stuff - especially those who bought homes over the hill from the plant. I mean, I'm not SUSPICIOUS or anything; some of those people smoked cigarettes and stuff, but I'm really glad my dad took us OUT of the valley and three ridgelines away from Shippingport. Lost several relatives, though.

Now maybe you know why I'm such a nut for CYTO...
