Unfortunately, they were downgraded last week by two analysts in the summary report I was faxed this morning. The report did not give the analysts' names. UNFI was upgraded by one analyst.

Good news on WFMI:

Whole Foods Market to Acquire Nature's Heartland in Boston

That makes 10 stores in the Baston area. Great demographics, although they will have to do something with the one small (20K sq.ft. store).

I'm interested in hearing your take on NBTY. It seems that they have unfairly been beaten down, with twinlabs and Rexall. Yes, they are expected to have a down year, but still make 50 cents. Next year expected eps is 70 cents. It also seems to have a decent float with over a million shares sold lately. What's with the $5 price?

BTW, HCOW was given a reiterated "BUY" rating by H&Q last week.

I don't own either, yet.
