OK I agree but the point is that the secondary was going on at roughly the same time and I think it is rational to suppose that the price might have remained around that level at least for a couple of weeks or so.

I get the point about the overseas opportunities not waiting around and further that WCII is in a unique position with everything necessary from equipment that works, billing that works, customers that are satisfied and are paying, in oterh words a company that any overseas administration would be please to allow to enter their market and not but one of the very very few with all that actual experience.

Now all I've been saying is for Bill to get out there and PR this thing. He's the general and the troops need rallying.

Maybe also they could do an overseas deal with say Deutsche Telkom or France Telecom or even C&W or the Japanese. That is a JV for overseas, fully funded by one of these giants and WCII keeps the whole of the US.

The stock would take off vertically if they did something like that.
