What does IVY have to do with the preferred. Eutro stated they would settle all liabilities before the deal is finalized.

Thanks for sticking with just the facts. I'll give the benefit of doubt that they're correct. Eutro should have no problem covering $72,000. That's only a little over 4.5 million shares at last weeks prices.
I'll be glad when a final PR is released to hopefully answer everybody's questions and put an end to everybody's speculations on what might happen.
