I've been recipient of shares in this manner before. All have been restricted. It's a GOOD idea to restrict them. If not restricted it will be "katie bar the door" as soon as they are issued. After all, it's like free money all of a sudden. The selling, imo, would destroy the co. right out of the chute. Given one year restriction will give shareholders time to form a rational opinion of the co. and a feel for the direction it's going. Unlike what traders did on the MGHI pick last week. Keep up the good work TAP.
